Single Transcendent Healing™ Peace Breath Session
There are four parts to each 90 minute session, although the specifics of the session are highly customized for each participant:

These four sessions will be completely tailored to your needs in your present life experience -emotionally, physically and spiritually. Our session will serve you as a sure path to unblock anything that has been holding you back. Building on each other, this series of sessions will truly provide ongoing support towards you being balanced, free and light.

Half Day Re-set with Flora
During this half day session, you will have several hours of tailored support to move you through emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages that have been holding you back. With two segments of Transcendent Healing™ Breathwork and integration, rest, and a meditative break in between, you will feel rejuvenated and ready to move forward in your life.

Full Day with Flora
This full day package includes snacks, lunch and optional overnight stay ($300 extra). During this day of exploration and release of anything that has been stuck, unmoving and holding you back, you will have several hours of tailored support to have you move you through emotional, physical, and spiritual blocks. You will be left lighter of heart and spirit. With several segments of Transcendent Healing™ and an integration, rest and meditative break in between, you will feel rejuvenated and ready to move forward in your life.

Full Healing Retreat Package
The retreat package includes a three day/two night stay which includes three separate custom-tailored Transcendent Healing™ sessions, and two healthy meals/snacks. Integration times alone planned in.
Private reiki sessions, massages or other supportive modalities are available on-site for an additional charge. Directly adjacent to our property are miles of desert hiking trails accessible to you for integration and exploration.

Personalized Journey
Longer personalized Transcendent Healing™ journeys for couples and individuals are designed to meet your specific needs. Your Awakening experience will take a course that cannot be predicted. Your situation and your needs will determine the approach we take. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where you discover and express your heart’s desires and reach a place of transcendent peace and enlightened understanding. You will have an experience of being deeply in love with yourself, from the inside out.
While every retreat is different, each will involve some combination of consultation, conversation, breathwork and visualization/guided meditation. We may also work with sacred sound, reiki, toning, laughter and light; many clients choose to also include water therapy as part of their experience. A typical journey will begin on the massage table and then in the Watsu healing spool, but also may take place out in nature, possibly on a day trip to meditative locations in Sedona or surrounding areas. Come for a one time re-set or an annual vacation retreat.
We will begin with a phone interview. You will then be sent a comprehensive and confidential intake document to complete and return to allow us to best support you during your sessions. Shortly after receiving your detailed information, a personalized Transcendent Healing™ retreat journey will be recommended for you and/or your partner. Flora is also available to travel to your space — for up to three nights — to clear your home, office and/or body and relationship(s) of any unconscious holding patterns and/or blocks to communication and unlimited energy flow.
Cost will be based upon the features of your personalized journey, and whether it’s at our retreat property, or in your home and/or office, and whether it’s for an individual, couple, parent-child and/or family.

About our Desert Retreat…

Sessions take place both indoors and in our healing watsu “spool.” Visitors enjoy walking up the adjoining mountain paths in the beauty amongst the native plants that give us our local herbal teas here in the high desert north of Phoenix.
